I purchased a used Glowforge Pro over the weekend. It works great but I cannot turn on the Glowforge Air Filter attached. It is not highlighted. I have been told that I need to get the Pro put on our account. How do I do that?
Posting here is the way to do it - but they won’t discuss private account information on the open forum so they will be connecting via email. The prior owner will need to contact them to tell them to move the machine to your account - so you should make sure the prior owner knows your account email address.
