During the job, around 16:30 UK, the GF stopped cutting and the button turned purple. The UI progress window title is ‘cooling down’, but the main message says ‘printing complete’. Printing is not complete. I have waited a long time for it to cool, but nothing has happened, so I’m about to power cycle.
It looks like your Glowforge is connected and you’ve been able to print since contacting us. That’s great!
I’m so sorry you ran into trouble. I extracted the logs to investigate the problem you reported, and I see there was an error, but it looks like it was resolved by the reboot, and hasn’t occurred again since.
