Puzzles with pictures

i need help im trying to print a picture as a puzzle but the picture is darker ? and I took the mayterial out to paint and know my forge wont pick up my image

If I’m understanding the problem correctly…try putting some light-colored tape or masking on the picture for the Glowforge to focus on.

You may need to provide some screenshots of what you’re trying to do. Not sure what you mean by ‘it’s too deep’. Are you using the puzzle generator?
