Two commands:

gswin64.exe -dBATCH -dNOPAUSE -sOutputFile=“cut.pdf” -sDEVICE=pdfwrite .\cartonus-tablet-stand-ponoko_copy.eps

inkscape.exe .\cut.pdf --export-plain-svg=“cut.svg”

Wipe hands on pants.
