Once you create the original, here are the steps to modify it for other uses customize it with a name or pattern. Again, I am using cardboard because I want my students to be able to explore the process with zero worry of material cost. It would not take much to adjust this for more sturdy materials. Getting the right size holes depends on your material thickness and kerf you get with it.
