Very new to lasering but really excited about how this turned out, and stupidly easy to boot. A friend has a reasonably pastel baby room and I made this to match. Woodpeckers basswood then painted with acrylic and strung together with fishing line. All designed in the Glowforge UI.

I can even see adding in some acrylic bits so the light bounces off in different colors! Great project!

Wife commented that this would look awesome with mirrored acrylic.
I agree, but then you would have to double it up, since the backside of mirrored acrylic is less than awesome.
