I get a slightly raised sharp edge along the entire cut. Are my settings off?
Not necessarily, but there may be room for fiddling with the setting to make them a tiny bit better. (A bit hard to say if you’re seeing normal amount without a picture though.) Acrylic gets pretty darn hot when lasered and the edges always melts ever so slightly and then makes the lip as it cools. You can up your speed or lower your power by 5 or so and see if it still cuts through with less melting.
