I was out of town for the holidays and unable to test, but now that Im back it seems that the issue still persists. I have tried any number of different engrave options and image types etc, but it still cant produce the same output I was getting before.
The first print I did today was one with the same issue, every print after that was a small piece of that same print I was trying different things with.
