So I finally received my replacement and I was sent a basic unit even though I am a Pro owner. Also box was damaged in shipment so it will need to be replaced before shipping it back. I really need a phone number to call to get this all figured out, email is not going to cut it this time.
I have two Glowforges sitting in my basement, both with damaged shipping materials, one is physically damaged, the other is not what I ordered.
Not sure what to say. I emailed support asking for a phone number, hopefully I get one.
