Rear belt keeps loosening

I’m looking for suggestions on how to fix my rear belt. It was loose ~2 days ago for the first time, I tightened and cleaned everything. I have the pulley all the way over and it still doesn’t work well. Today it’s slacking again and giving unaligned cuts and printing is off!

With Christmas orders needing to get out, this couldn’t have come at a worse time🤦🏽‍♀️

Have you tried taking the carriage plate off and back on again and putting the belt on the left one first, then over to the right, pushing the wheel to the right, and tightening it?
