Our camera has been floating away from accurate over the past year little by little… We’re about 2" off at this point, which has been confusing to our userbase. Is there a way to manually recalibrate the camera?
I admit we had a… small fire… about a month ago and the camera is definitely worse for it. As an aside, is there a way to replace the camera assuming that it is damaged? It appears pretty glued into place and I cant physically move the camera in any way.
No, you can’t take out the camera…it’s glued in and shouldn’t be rotated because that will mess up the calibration. Two inches off in alignment is badly out of alignment. Support will need to take a look at it and they’ll let you know what to do next.
