Hi - I have earned a $500 referral bonus but I am not seeing it under Credits & Billing. I would like to be issued a check. Can someone look into this for me to see what I am missing?

I believe it does take a little while for the credit to be applied. Can’t remember what I had read but up to 30 days or so seems to stick in my head. Probably to make sure someone doesn’t order then cancel just to get a referral check.
Of course I am going off of memory of what I read a while back… so that memory may be faulty. Grain of salt and all that.
