Has anyone else had an issue getting issued their cash or credit for a referral? I read through all of the fine print about what a legitimate referral is and I definately should of had my credit by now.
I had a friend at work order a Glowforge Pro through an actual person via email because it was through a business account. This purchase was finished months ago (July 2019) and still I have not heard from Glowforge in receiving my credit. I have emailed them TWICE and have not heard back in a week.
