Referral not real?

So I finally got a referral. Yay me! Reading the referral information I should receive the award. Accordingly it states:

  • Not yet shipped - Your friend hasn’t yet been shipped their Glowforge printer. However, once their shipment is on its way, we’ll reach out and ensure you get paid.

Yes, the status is “not yet shipped” but she’s been using her new Glowforge for over a week! I’ve emailed support twice about this with no results. So is the referral program a pipe dream? I don’t understand where the problem is.

Any thoughts?
