Referral Process Question

So I made my second referral! Woot Woot! I requested cash, and GF told me to fill out a w9. I have since filled out the form, but my referral page still says credit added and not cash requested. Im so nervous that I may lose that referral cash, and I am wondering if any of you have had this issue? I send an email to support last week and have not heard back.

Im in contact with the customer and they have not returned their machine, they love it! Just feeling nervous!

As far as I know there has not been an option to return a machine. Ask for refund before receipt, warranty repair, yes. Return, no.

? I am asking about my cash referral not to return the machine. The referral terms mention that you cannot get paid if the person returns the machine.
