I am beyond frustrated because for about 2 months I’ve been emailing about the referal credit, basically they said it was an issue with my stripe account, even previous referrals used stripe express, which was a direct payment account. They won’t even gie any info on the account on file thats having the issue.
Basically no one is helping with the issue and I can’t use the code once you ask for a payout, so essentially I’m not getting the referral at all.
Unfortunately, no one from support will see this post. They no longer monitor this forum…it’s just other owners like yourself. I hope you get it resolved…I can understand your frustration.
