I am waiting for 2 weeks now for a shipping ticket. And haven’t heard anything from gf. I have send emails but no response please contact me please so we can close the case.
Likely their responses to you, or your emails to them, are ending up in a spam filter. I’d check in yours to see if you see anything (and add *@glowforge.com to your permissions list) - but in any case posting here has notified them that communication is not getting through so they’ll follow up ASAP.
