I have been down for two weeks, and was anxiously awaiting for the arrival of my new machine. It is also stuck on centering, and seems as though there is no connection to the lid camera. I am unable to see anything on the workspace. The internet connection is fine. I have done all the steps to reset everything. Still nothing. Is is possible that it is still thinking the old machine is there? Could my old machine be deleted?
Not from support so they are going to need to look into it for you, but yes, that’s possible. (They’ll have to delete the old machine on their end.)
