I have used my refurb unit once, and when I tried to use it today, the head is not moving and I continue to get a “The camera didn’t take a picture error message.” I have turned the machine off and on. I have checked the connections. I even clean the already clean lenses. Now what?

Try going through the setup process again and use your phone as a hotspot to eliminate wifi issues.
