Refurbished Unit Issues

So I sent my month old GF Pro back as it was faulty. New GF arrives today. Handles missing from box and a few big cuts in the box , got the refurbished GF up and set it up , quick and easy. The machine doesn’t read QR codes properly, using proof grade materials the machine doesn’t cut through the medium draftboard , when trying a print on 1/8" baltic birch ply( which cut very well on my original machine) , it makes a horrible uneven cut and burns the underneath badly and doesn’t cut through all the way in about 30% of the print. No cupping/twisting or bowing.
Is there some kind of calibration that needs to be done or am I stuck with a lemon. I wish I had just waited the 16 weeks to get my own machine back…

You should definitely run the calibration.

If it’s still not working, run the Gift of Good Measure on medium PG and post photos of the front and back here so Support can chime in with next steps.
