Looking for support help in removing an old GF from my drop down menu…received our second and our first that needed repairs still shows, the 2nd thats up and running and now our new one
Support can remove it for you. There is nothing else you need to do. This opened a ticket for them and they will take care of it for you.
The same thing happened to me. And they were able to take care of it with ease.
Mine still has some machine that is never available anyway, and I have just ignored it.
If you request it to be removed, they will. But, that appears to be the only way to get rid of it.
