Rendering Design and it never opens. (I did get an email saying it was fixed but it’s happening again)
Copy and Paste does not paste all the items that were selected.
Printing is way off.
Can’t highlight and move an object.
I can’t say I am trilled that I have no control over these things and have lost two says worth of working hours. I’m not a happy camper.
We’ve made a change on our end. Will you please log back into the app, try again and let me know if the placement of your artwork is working correctly now?
If the trouble is persistent, we’ll need a bit more information to investigate. Please do the following:
Designs that I have made with glowforge artwork like shapes, and fonts, and cliparts. Catalog designs work. Nope nothing has changed and I’m going to cry because this has been all weekend long.
Hi Kristin – you’ll want to open your own thread in this category in order to get tech support. Opening a thread here creates a support ticket, and there can only be one customer per ticket, for obvious reasons.
