I sent my glowforge in for repair and it was received last Thursday. How long does it take before I get a repair estimate? It’s been one day shy of a week. Once an estimate is given how long do the actual repairs take? I haven’t had a working machine a month and I am so having withdrawal. The orders are piling up and I can’t wait to have a working machine again.

There’s currently a small backlog, and our current estimated time to complete a repair is about 2 weeks. That number changes from week to week depending on the problem diagnosis and the backlog. This estimate also does not include shipping time.
