Hi everyone! I’m looking for some help! I replaced the belt under the laser and have adjusted the tension numerous times but I still can’t get a clean engrave. When it prints it it is off and doubles the letters. If it is too tight the laser head won’t move. Has anyone experienced this?

Yes I went through everything about two times
I don’t think it is possible to make the belt too tight because you are limited by how far the pulley will move. The only time I have heard of the head not moving is when the belt is on backwards or twisted. Can you open the front door and take a photo of your belt? Have you double checked also for broken or cracked wheels?
