I received my replacement pro Dec 23. It’s doing the same thing as the first machine, not cutting on the right side. I immediately sent in an email with no response. I emailed again and got an auto generated response which said to call for faster service. I’ve called 4 times and no call back and still no emails either. This is getting to the point it’s considered criminal. You can’t take $6000 from someone and not deliver the goods promised.
If it’s only been 5 days, I’d assume closed for Christmas. I got ghosted 17 days ago. They may of took December off.
