I just paid the invoice for them to send me a refurb, again.
and when I asked when it will ship, the reply was within 28 days.
I sure hope that’s not the case! I have deadlines to meet, and am waiting for my 3rd machine in 2.5 years. I’m not real happy about any of this.
The lifespan is only a year on these things?!
My first machine lasted 6 years I think…
Even automobiles take a long time to manufacture these days…
No. I have my original that just passed it’s 7 year lifespan…and there are many others here that have had theirs equally as long. Just so you know, you’re only speaking to other owners here and not support.
I’m at 6.5 years so far.
yeah, I’m just venting i guess.
same issue a year ago.
I bought my first one early '22. had to replace last august.
and now doing it again. just a little frustrated is all.
apologies
How often do you use yours?
I’m a pretty light user since I don’t try to sell anything. I make stuff for family and friends mainly.
I had 3 within the first 6 months but have had the last one for 3 years now!
That’s a good point. People think this is a commercial machine, it is not. It costs a fraction of a commercial machine for good reason. Hobby, personal crafting, and so on.
