Replacement?

For those who have had to get a replacement machine how long did it take to receive the new one? I’ve gotten the same email three times saying they are working on it. I just don’t understand what takes so long.

I understand how busy they are and they are trying but It’s frustrating having my brand new machine that I got to use for three days be broken. And super frustrating that I didn’t get a replacement sent out within the next day or two.

Mine took about a week and I did have to check on it a couple of times. Patience seems to be key here.

Mine took about 10 days from notification i needed a replacement to receipt of the replacement.
