Please reset my glowforge. I tried everything to reconnect with no luck. Notice if I post here that I can’t connect magically the next day I can connect without doing anything.

Sounds like you have wifi issues. The machine uses the 2.4GHz (b/g/n) band, which many modern wifi routers do not support as well as the 5GHz (a/c) band.
Here’s how you “reset” your wifi connection, however:

Could you be a little more specific than “I tried everything” ? It will help support if you list the steps you have taken and what your actual issue is. Is your machine showing “offline” or is it stuck on centering. List the things you have done like I rebooted the router, changed browsers, reset the wifi connection by going through setup again, etc.
