I sent an email several days ago stating I would like an authorization to return my glowforge. I have not received a response and want to make the return before the 30 day time period is up. Please advice what I need to do to make a return.
They will get in contact with you when they have more information for you regarding what to do next, but the time clock stopped running for you when you contacted them by email. So just respond to them when you receive the next correspondence.
