I started a composition notebook for all my non-proofgrade materials that I’ve been working with. My husband calls it my “dork book”. I left the first couple pages blank and I’m using those to create a numbered table of contents as I add to it. I’m using the sticky tabs to number the pages so I can turn right to the settings that I’ve recorded from previous attempts.

Family trait? I do the same, thought I do have a little notebook that favorite settings find their way into.

that’s awesome. I love google forms.
Does it have an engraved cover yet?
My log is very similar, my time totals and I give the Glowmeister a cleaning at 20 hours. I also have a spiral notebook with material notes from all my fabulous forum friends!

I do keep a little box designed (and made with my Glowria) specifically to hold 3x5 cards, all alphabetized…on which I write settings for everything as well as any miscellaneous project notes.
