Round Knife Sheath

I finally found some time to make something for myself! I have this beautiful round knife (traditional leathercraft knife) that has needed a sheath. So after tracing the blade I made a pattern in Illustrator and cut it out on the Glowforge.

The Celtic hound is hand tooled and dyed in similar colors to the handle. It came out great and was a fun one to make.

My knives are a bit used and ugly.
Good thing. If I owned your knife I would be afraid to use it.

That sheath rocks. Good job making a beautiful tool prettier.

Thank you! Yeah, believe me when I opened the box on this I was scared to use it and mess it up. But I got it to use and not look at so once it got a few scratches on it I was okay.

Thanks! Yes, Dymondwood in Black Cherry I think it was. The knife was a gift to me a while back so Iโ€™m not remembering that detail.
