Hi everyone is it safe to keep my glowforge in the garage?

Guess it depends on where you are, usually the big question is temperature and humidity. What’s the environment like where you are?

There’s a chapter in the owner’s manual about this:

My garage would get too hot in summer and too cold in winter for a Glowforge.

So every year there’s conversations about safe working temperatures, and everyone’s situation is a little different. Do you know how cold your garage gets? Is it insulated? Can you heat it in winter and cool it in summer?

I’m not sure offhand what the temperature limits are but I think it’s in the Glowforge documentation somewhere. (aha see above re: @dan84) Let’s see what search can find…
