I’m concerned because I powered up my unit last night and got an alert “safety interlock open, correct and restart unit”. Problem is, I have a basic and the safety interlock is not available. I have been waiting for their tech support and then called today to be told, “your unit does not have the safety interlock” and then was told it’s possibly electrical and I will need to replace my unit. Other reviews say it was a software update and was corrected, and now I’m even more concerned that I have a possible $3000 paperweight because a part I don’t have is glitching and I’m now out of their warranty.
Has anyone else had this issue? I’m losing my confidence in this company and am feeling like I’ve made a mistake in recommending them to others.
