I am new to glowforge just getting to designing my own designs, I designed this this morning, I done my engrave on draft and the scoring also, it turned out perfect

This will continue, even after you get over the initial WOW.
You will lay there and think of a last minute gift idea, and back up to use your hot light machine to burn one.
Being able to do this is a huge perk to glowforge ownership.
Keep on making (and occasionally dreaming).

Same! I’ve had my glowforge for 6 months now and there have been nights where I have to be up for my full time job at 6am sharp and it’s already midnight and I shrug and say “guess I’ll die!”. Definitely devote a good notebook for doodling notes and rough sketches of your ideas. So many ideas will come to you faster than you can create them and you want to be able to revisit them without forgetting everything.
