Save the Date

I made 160 “Save the Date” cards for my niece. She will be adding a small floral sprig and rope ribbon, along with a magnet before sending these out.

Used 1/16" Baltic Birch.

How long did it take? That’s a lot of engraving.

92 minutes for each sheet of 16. So, 24-1/2 hours. Longer than I like to stare at something. LOL

@Aloha I think she said they were doing adults only. Leaves all of us out! LOL

Great job! Hope we get to see it with the floral and rope. Love the magnet idea for it too. Remind her to save one for a Christmas ornament she can keep.

Oooo, nice job!

Hopefully the magnets will be regular ones and not neodymium. I once ordered a package of neodymium magnets and they never showed up, had to order replacements. I’m convinced the original ones are still riding around with the delivery van, still stuck to the ceiling or something.

I can see where your magnets didn’t arrive. A crazy thing to ship.

Alhough I can see how it could happen, I’ve only every bought neodymium magnets online. And I’ve bought plenty…

No personal experience … but have read a few product reviews telling of this very problem.
