Hi, I just received my replacement GF. My first one only worked for the first “gift of measure”. The first one connected fine, this one won’t. I have followed the steps several times. It gives me the huzzah and then on the dashboard, it shows Offline. I have asked Support, but I’d like to get started if anyone has any ideas. Thanks!
At the top right corner of the Glowforge app, you can select which of the Glowforges you own you want to control. Your old one is selected, and your old one is offline in a box somewhere. If you select your new machine in that menu, you’ll be able to start using it.
There is only 1 showing. That’s probably the old one?
I don’t know how I did it, but it’s connected!
