After every job, the machine goes into scanning and will not return to ready. Power off and back on, the machine goes through restart and returns to ready.
wash, rinse and repeat.

That it works when you re-start just makes this odd! The first question would be if you’ve checked that your wifi signal is strong, but once again the timing issue is just odd.
I think you have to wait for actual support to answer, unless someone else has a better answer!

no reply from support here, so I started a ticket with an email.
Unfortunately, imy machine is completely dead now. just goes to scanning and stays there.
wonderful timing, week before Christmas; right in the middle of a 35-piece project for my church choir.
