Screen goes white when I click "select material"

I’m able to trace image, choose “ignore” for engrave, and select a previously created profile for the speed, power, and height. But when I go to select material, the screen goes white and stays white. I’ve just seen 2 other posts from today on this, so it apparently is a Glowforge problem. I hope Glowforge support monitors this?

Yes, this is a MAJOR issue that Glowforge needs to address as a Critical Error on the app!!! I am having the same issue.

I Just tried to select material as well same thing is happening unable to get my project going.
