this is our second unit - we have performed all the same steps as before to troubleshoot, new machine not cutting straight squares
Mine was doing this too at first. I used a machinist’s square with the GF power off to square the gantry to the left side track. That worked fine. If you aren’t able to fix it, you will need to contact support.
