Been stuck for 60 minutes or so from 6:30pm UK time
We have heard from Glowforge that there are no indications that the servers are having issues. You may be looking at a mechanical issue, a local network issue, or a failure somewhere between your internet connection and the Glowforge service server, but this does not appear to the a Glowforge server or service outage.
