It’s me again, now that I have got my glowforge up and running. When I try to start a project now the focus want set. I tried camera calibration and I still get the same thing. have there been a new update on the machine if so, how do I get the update. Please help me soon!!!
This sounds like a wifi issue to me. All updates are automatic.

the Wi-Fi here is good. so, on the new update is there a wheel in the dashboard to get to focus part?
Updates are applied automatically. None here. All working fine.

Maybe I’m misunderstanding. Are you saying the machine is stuck on “focusing” and won’t go any further?
There is a set focus option under the 3 dots at the top center of the dash board.
