Posting in this section opens a support ticket, so some words might be helpful, both for them and for those of us who might try to help you in the meantime. 
Things like, what material that is, how thick it is, what settings you used. I’m assuming your problem is that it didn’t cut through, but it could just as easily be that you set everything to score instead of cut based on what we can learn from just a photo.

I figured it out the belt was to loose
