Settings are off the screen or I get a blank box

I went to engrave some pencils, which I have done hundreds of times, and my settings are either too far up and un accessible, or I get a blank white box. I just engraved some pencils a week ago with no problem. I am and have always been using Safari and haven’t had any upgrades in the last week. What am I doing wrong? I rebooted and reloaded several times, but problem keeps coming back.

The quickest solution may be a different browser.

You may have zoomed your browser window. Try resetting the zoom level.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I closed the screen and reopened and it worked that time. I found if I close and reopen dashboard it seems to correct itself. Eventually I will figure it out, I will check zoom level next time.

Try using chrome if it happens again. That way you either fix the issue or you rule out the browser as the problem. But from my experience, it’s usually like mentioned above, from zooming in. I guess I’m a zoomer. Lol
