A couple of times recently, the settings for some of my projects have vanished. Is there a way to be sure they are saved or not blanked out?

Can you provide a bit more information to help me look into this? Please let me know:
- The URLs for the designs that did not save correctly
- Open the design in the app
- Copy the URL in the address bar
- Paste the URL in an email to support@glowforge.com
- Your browser information
- Go to https://www.whatismybrowser.com/
- Click the link underneath “Share my system info with tech support”
- Copy the highlighted link
- Reply to this, and paste in the link provided
- The names of the setting fields that didn’t save
