I am working on an order from the glowforge shop. When I look at my cart, it is currently showing that I am being charged twice for shipping.
Is this right? I don’t remember this on previous orders.
Unfortunately, you will need to create a new topic in the Problems and Support section in order for it to flag the support team to take a look at it. (They don’t monitor the Everything Else category.)
