I was just wondering how long it took for you to receive a shipping label to send your glowforge in for repairs. I’m leaving for vacation on Friday and I am really needing to send this in for service before we go! Thanks
Usually several days.
Support doesn’t create them, so they have to let the repair facility know the details, then wait for them to do it, then get it back and send to you.
Posting here has opened another support ticket, they might be able to check on it.
I’ve had to return a machine twice. It took 2 days to get the label the first time, and 4 days the second time (over a weekend). So probably 2-3 business days each time.
Thank you for patience. I’ve just followed up with the next steps directly over email. After we receive payment for the shipping, we’ll send over your shipping labels as soon as possible. Since we’re communicating over email, I’m going to close this thread.
