This morning I filled up the shopping cart…twice…each time I got a 500 error.
And artwork isn’t loading…something broke overnight!
Here’s an odd question: Are you using Firefox and did you recently update to the latest-greatest Firefox?
I found that Firefox 57 on Windows gets errors when accessing app.glowforge.com, but Chrome on the same computer has no problem.
(Firefox 57 has lots of other problems, too. As browser releases go, it’s a lemon.)
I use Chrome.
I rebooted and didn’t fix this…although I can add artwork now.
I think it’s on the fritz, lots of people having that issue today including me.
And I have multiple order confirmations.
