Shout out to Support!

I know, I know… I’m creating a ticket. But I want to give a HUGE shout-out to the GF support team. My makerspace has had a GF since the very early days and it has recently had a few issues. The GF support folks worked with our laser shop captain to troubleshoot, send parts, and get us back up and running quickly on two separate occasions (two different problems). We are an entirely volunteer-driven organization and every piece of equipment we have is important to us in bringing in members.

You guys rock and I suspect you don’t hear it enough!
