My side belt tension on the left side is loose. I checked and the back “wheel” is tight (used a 3mm hex key to be sure) so I believe this belt needs to be replaced.
The right one is in great shape. How do I go about getting a replacement? Or where can I buy one?
Should be able to loosen the pulley then slide the pulley back to the correct belt tension and retighten.
The belts aren’t available OTC at this moment (they’d be at shop.glowforge.com if they were), but by posting here you’ve contact Support and they can work with you to fix the one you have, or send you a replacement. Now that it’s Monday you should hear back soon.
