i am confused, i ran some ornaments at Christmas and needed 1/2 of one ornament to balance my inventory. so i go back call up the design and what happens, it cuts at 25% of what it was at Christmas. 1 why would it change? and how do i fix the sizing so its constant each time it cuts?

Nothing has changed in the interface that would change your saved files. Was this file in your Dashboard or was it saved on your computer and just recently uploaded?

Designs in your dashboard do not change size, you must have accidentally changed it before closing the file.
I have designs going back to when I first got my machine, mine was shipped within the first couple of months of production machines being available. They are things where precise sizing matters - calibration pieces for testing to fit on various materials, different honeycomb tray hold-down pins, silicon watch band templates for apple smart watches, dog tag temmplates, a handful of “skeleton puzzles” where the fit between interlocking parts is critical, a ruler used for aligning material using snapmarks, and so on.
